Dan Videtto
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Dan Videtto is managing director for Asia Pacific for Interactive Data Corporation. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for client relationships, business strategy, and driving growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Videtto brings a combination of deep local market knowledge and expertise to the role having held senior management positions in the industry both in Asia and North America. Most recently, he was COO for Deutsche Bank’s Japan business, where he was responsible for 480 front office staff in their Global Markets and Investment banking divisions. From 1994 to 2002, he held senior management positions with Thomson Financial in Tokyo and New York. He later served as CEO for two NYSE-listed, Information Holdings, Inc. group companies. He started his career with Salomon Brothers in New York, and transferred to Tokyo to help with the expansion of the business in 1988.
Mr. Videtto holds a Bachelor’s degree from the California State University, Long Beach, and an MIM from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
