Managing Director, Interactive Data (Europe)
As managing director of Interactive Data (Europe), Roger Sargeant's main focus is to coordinate all of Interactive Data’s businesses in Europe. Sargeant became managing director for Interactive Data Corporation’s European operations in September 2005 after serving as managing director of FT Interactive Data (Europe) for approximately three years.

As managing director of Interactive Data (Europe), Mr. Sargeant was charged with extending the company's leadership position in the UK and selected continental European markets, particularly in the areas of fixed income and real-time data.

Mr. Sargeant joined Interactive Data in London in 1990, and has since held senior business development positions, including a period in Asia where he was responsible for all aspects of the business. He then moved to become regional sales director in North America. Subsequently Mr. Sargeant created a global account management program, which was successfully implemented in 2002. He was appointed managing director, FT Interactive Data (Europe) in October 2002.
